How to order

Shopping/browsing
We've tried to make shopping on Jewel Garden as easy as possible for our customers. We know how frustrating it can be if you can't find what you are looking for quickly! That's why we recommend you use our search facilities if you are looking for something in particular. You can search by colour or by designer. Or if you have something specific in mind use our Quick Search function and simply type in the keywords (e.g. silver cufflinks).

Please let us know if you would like to search on other criteria - we always listen to customer feedback and strive to make our site as user friendly as possible.

Placing an Order
When you have finished shopping click on "Your Basket" or "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

· Your e-mail address
· Your credit card billing address
· The address(es) you want to ship to
· Any promotional codes you have received
· Your credit card type, number and expiration date

Payment
When you place an order with us you will be taken to a secure server and asked to provide your credit card details and address. All prices are shown in GB pounds. If you are purchasing with a card from a foreign bank, the price will be converted to your currency at the corresponding exchange rate and any relevant credit card charges that may apply.

Credit Card Security
Protecting the safety of your credit card details is important to us. We use the world recognised Protx® system to process payment whereby your credit card details are transferred directly from your computer to Protx's® secure server using SSL encryption. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which in plain English means it is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to Protx's server.
